private property water seepage
Our client’s residential property was suffering water seepage problem along the side of the house that was against a hill when it rained. The moisture caused algae growth, and internal damage due to the moisture seeping through walls.
Due to restricted access along the side of the residence and a number of electrical, water and storm water services in the ground, Hydro Excavac vacuum excavated a trench along the side the property 4m deep x 500mm wide, in and around existing underground services without causing damage.
The trench was then filled with seepage material and re-instated without causing damage to property or any underground services.
